Job summary

Crestline, based in Fort Worth, TX, seeks a Workday Integration Specialist with 5–8 years of hands‑on experience in HCM and FINS integrations to join the IT team. You will design, build, test, and deploy integrations, working closely with HR and Finance to meet complex data requirements while ensuring security and regulatory compliance.

The role offers in‑office work at Crestline's Fort Worth headquarters with the option to work from home one day per week.

Qualifications

5–8 years of experience as a Workday Integration Specialist with HCM and FINS focus.
Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with financial systems integration, preferably in hedge funds/financial services.
Familiarity with GDPR and SOC 2 data privacy standards.
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations for HCM and FINS modules.
Develop and manage integrations using Workday Studio, REST/SOAP web services, and other tools.
Ensure data flow between Workday and third‑party platforms such as financial systems and payroll vendors.
Collaborate with business analysts, PMs, and HR/Finance teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Provide end‑user support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
Maintain detailed documentation for integrations and security configurations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
