Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/IT/CS/Engineering preferred.
• 5–7 years as Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting.
• Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and work within tight deadlines; self-starter; take initiative and ownership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Projects and other business tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to find solutions and create technology-driven solutions.
• Partner with HR SMEs and HRIT to document workflows and procedures.
• Rollout new technology functionality to support initiatives and projects.
• Capture scope and carry out technology enhancements based on stakeholder requests.
• Create and maintain clear business requirements for changes or projects.
• Maintain awareness of Workday releases and impact on functionality.
• Balance day-to-day system support with strategic payroll/time/absence enhancements.
• Test and validate new Workday features; participate in regression and UAT testing.
• Assess reporting needs and determine best solutions to meet requirements.
• Assist in testing processes and test case creation for various personas.
• Monitor and recommend changes to improve processes, data quality, and technology.
• Deliver end-to-end technology process improvements using data connections.
• Lead project standards, gathering requirements and guiding stakeholders.
• Use project-management skills to manage HR system initiatives.
