Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst with a specialty in Workday to join our HRIS team in Santa Clara.

You will support configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday Talent and Performance modules, ensuring data integrity and delivering HR technology solutions to improve business processes. You will partner with HR SMEs and HRIT to document workflows, rollout new functionality, and manage stakeholder requests.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT/CS/Engineering or related field preferred.
5–7 years of experience as a Workday functional expert in talent management and reporting.
Strong consultative skills and ability to build relationships with HR and cross-functional partners.
Excellent communication and attention to detail; able to work independently and in a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Support configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of Workday Talent and Performance modules.
Ensure data integrity and provide HR technology solutions to improve business processes.
Collaborate across teams to create technology-driven solutions and document workflows.
Roll out new technology functionality for initiatives and projects.
Prepare clear business requirements and lead end-to-end functional design.
