Job summary

Socket.dev in Charlotte, NC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our HRIT team as the primary contact for frontline system support and the operational stability of our HR technology suite.

You will resolve technical tickets, maintain data integrity across Workday HCM and related systems, perform regular audits, develop reports and dashboards, participate in Workday releases, and support routine HCM projects from configuration through go-live.

Qualifications

• Experience providing frontline system support for HRIS (Workday HCM).
• Strong data accuracy and auditing skills (data integrity).
• Proficient with HR reporting, EIBs, and dashboard creation.
• UAT testing experience during Workday releases.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day frontline system support for HRIS and HR technology suite.
• Resolve technical tickets and assist end-users.
• Maintain data integrity across platforms and perform regular audits.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and scheduled distributions.
• Participate in semi-annual Workday release regression testing.
• Contribute to routine HCM projects from configuration to go-live.
