Brady is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst to join our HRIT team in Charlotte, NC. You will be the primary contact for frontline system support, maintaining data integrity across Workday and related HRIS platforms, resolving tickets, and supporting HRIS initiatives.

This role requires 1–3 years HRIS experience (Workday), a bachelor's degree, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication to collaborate with HR and Compensation teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in HRIS, with a specific focus on Workday.
• Experience in ADP and other HR systems is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data reconciliation.
• Strong focus on data integrity and operational stability.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve technical support tickets efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with HR and Compensation teams.

Responsibilities

• Frontline System Support: Provide day-to-day technical support for Workday HCM, troubleshooting errors and assisting end-users.
• Ticket Management: Act as the first responder for internal team inboxes; resolve system inquiries.
• System Maintenance & Auditing: Monitor integration runs and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
• Reporting & Analytics: Use Excel to audit data, create EIBs, and develop custom reports. Manage dashboards.
• UAT Participation: Test in Workday release cycles; perform regression testing to protect workflows.
• Project work: Support configuration, testing, and go-live for HCM projects, including performance cycle management.
