Job summary

Brady Corporation is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the HRIT team. This role focuses on frontline Workday support, data integrity, and system integrations to ensure stable HR technology operations.

You will manage tickets, audit data, build reports, and participate in Workday release testing, enabling successful annual performance and compensation cycles. Strong Excel skills and effective communication with HR teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• 1–3 years in HRIS with Workday focus.
• Experience in ADP and other HR systems is a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables.
• Strong focus on data integrity and operational stability.
• Proven ability to manage and resolve technical support tickets.
• Excellent communication with HR and Compensation teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for Workday HCM and resolve end-user issues.
• Act as first responder for internal tickets related to security profile changes and reports.
• Monitor system integrations and perform data audits for accuracy.
• Create, audit, and distribute reports and dashboards in HR systems.
• Participate in Workday release testing and regression checks.
• Contribute to HCM projects, config/testing, and go-live support.
