Akkodis is seeking a Workday Analyst in a Direct-Hire role with a client in Houston, TX and Wickliffe, OH. You will configure, maintain, and enhance Workday HCM, delivering a seamless user experience aligned with HR technology roadmap for a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in Workday and strong collaboration with HR, IT, and vendors, plus experience with SAP S/4HANA integration and process improvements. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $115,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday configuration (Core HCM and 2+ modules) and post go-live support.
• Experience coordinating with SAP/S4HANA ERP integrations.
• Strong problem solving and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday modules and business processes.
• Align Workday with SAP S/4HANA data structures and mappings.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and manufacturing stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Participate in testing, releases, and documentation.
• Provide consultative guidance to end users and partners.
