Job summary

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join the HR Operations team in Irving, TX. You will support workforce analytics, compliance, and engagement through Workday HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Core Compensation, and related modules.

You will work with the HR Technology & Employee Experience director to deliver a best-in-class Workday experience across the enterprise and gain exposure to advanced compensation, Workday Extend, payroll, benefits, and integrations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Workday administrator experience configuring reporting and troubleshooting for HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Scheduling, Core Compensation.
• Strong technical understanding of Workday configuration and security.
• Experience with Workday EIB & Outbound/Inbound Integrations.
• Extensive experience with data management, analysis, and modeling Workday and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent problem solving and ability to translate technical data for stakeholders.
• Interest in HR technology analytics and AI/ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance complex Workday reports and dashboards for HR and business operations.
• Audit HRIS data and conduct regular security reviews for critical modules.
• Assist in data migrations and ad-hoc HR transactions.
• Design and deliver quarterly/annual HR reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR and internal audit to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Create training materials and user guides for Workday functions.
