Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation in Pittsburgh seeks an HRIS Analyst to support day-to-day HR system initiatives across the Employee Life Cycle. You will assist with Workday administration, including business process configuration, data loads, integrations, and upgrades.

You will help develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures, collaborating with IT and HR to ensure secure, accurate access and robust reporting across the HRIS landscape.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required.
• 3 years of related experience required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Assists with the administration and configuration of Workday business processes, tools, and enhancements.
• Contributes to design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation of Workday functionality.
• Collaborates with IT to ensure testing meets standards.
• Supports integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.
• Troubleshoots and resolves integration and system related issues.
• Writes reports and works with condition rules and basic if/then/else statements.
• Develops and maintains Workday analytics and dashboards.
• Provides end-user support through Employee Service Center.
