Job summary

PacificSource is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to maintain and extend the Workday platform. You will ensure data integrity, support employees and supervisors, and manage security, reporting, and deployments across HR systems.

The role requires a strong Workday background, the ability to manage complex projects, and collaboration with HR partners and leadership. A Bachelor’s degree in HR and 4+ years of HRIS experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Prior HR-system experience including implementation, administration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and/or providing technical support; Workday strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the Workday platform with efficient workflows and compliance.
• Ensure data integrity, security, reporting and data analysis across HR systems.
• Configure and update business processes, security roles, and integrations as needed.
• Prepare and execute annual Workday projects including reviews and open enrollment processes.
• Provide training and coaching to end users and HR staff.
