Job summary

Millennium Print Group, a subsidiary of The Pokémon Company International, seeks an HR Systems Coordinator in Raleigh, NC to support Workday HCM administration, data integrity, and process improvements. You will partner with HR, leaders, and employees to ensure system functionality and accurate records while delivering training and first‑level support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience supporting HR systems, business systems, or HR operations.
• Familiarity with Workday is required; Workday administration or support is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee data management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration and maintenance of the Workday HCM system.
• Provide first-level Workday support to employees, managers, and HR team members.
• Assist with data imports, exports, and reporting needs.
