Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, facilities management, human resources, or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in workplace operations, executive support, or related functions.
• 5+ years of leadership managing employees, vendors, and service teams.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Assistant, reception, and administrative support functions.
• Oversee workplace operations for corporate facilities.
• Manage office planning, workplace optimization, and conference room operations.
• Coordinate workplace readiness for new hires, transfers, and moves.
• Lead travel management, executive meetings, leadership offsites, town halls, and events.
• Manage mailroom, shipping, and office supply services.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service providers.
• Develop and manage budgets and monitor performance metrics.
• Partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance, Facilities, and Executive Leadership.
