Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation is seeking an HRIS System Administrator to manage Day-to-day Workday administration, support, and ongoing maintenance. The role also develops SharePoint applications, Power BI reports, and Power Platform solutions to streamline HR processes.

The ideal candidate ensures data accuracy, system stability, and timely handling of requests, collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of hands-on Workday experience required.
• Two (2) years of HR experience in Human Resources and functional skills required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administers, maintains, and supports the Workday HCM system ensuring data integrity and security.
• Maintains SharePoint applications, Power BI reports, and related tooling to support HR processes.
• Provides end-user support, troubleshooting, and training for Workday and related platforms.
