Job summary

Comrise in Manhattan, NY seeks an HR Service Center Representative to provide Tier 1 support for Workday and HR operations, handling inquiries via phone, email, and service channels.

This 6-month contract offers hybrid work with on-site go-live periods, regular 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. shifts, and pay ranging from $20 to $22 per hour.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong English communication, and customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience or aptitude required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and follow up on cases.

Responsibilities

• Respond to basic and moderately complex HR inquiries via calls, email, and service requests.
• Document cases, provide timely updates, and escalate when needed.
• Support Workday HCM and HR operations per SOPs.
• Guide employees through self-service tools and maintain knowledge base accuracy.
