Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract Resource Center Representative for a New York–based go-live support project. You will provide Tier 1 support across phone, email and chat, focusing on first-contact resolution and accurate case documentation.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other teams to resolve Workday-related inquiries, supporting Workday Finance, HR, and Payroll processes while maintaining service levels during ERP go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced ERP go-live environment.
• Strong phone, email, and chat communication; professional and empathetic demeanour.
• Own inquiries from start to resolution; escalate when needed.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize in high-volume periods during ERP go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 employee support via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve issues using knowledge articles and established procedures.
• Educate employees on self-service tools and resources.
• Document inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and track case activity in ticketing systems.
• Escalate complex issues and follow through to resolution.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups as needed; maintain high service levels.
• Support Workday ERP implementation and ongoing Workday operations.
