Job summary

The position oversees data management, time/leave processes, ADA and FLSA compliance, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives, while ensuring confidentiality and College bylaws adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and eight years' related experience.
• Advanced degree in HR or J.D. preferred with 10+ years' experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of HR operations including Benefits, Recruitment, and Talent Management.
• Oversee HR policy application, compliance with regulations, and bylaws.
• Lead HR training, development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity of personnel records and reporting.
