Job summary

ChristianaCare, a Top 100 Hospital, seeks a Workday Report Analyst to drive HR data insights. You will design reports and dashboards from Workday and other HR systems to support decision making across the organization.

Responsibilities include data analysis, developing scorecards, and partnering with HR leaders to improve recruitment and engagement. Experience with PowerBI/Tableau and BIRT is preferred; Workday expertise is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Data Analytics, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• 2+ years in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in HR analytics and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Workday experience is required with 2+ years of Workday report writing.
• Created Workday reports including advanced, matrix, and composite reports using HCM/Finance/Payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Design analytics support for HR by analyzing metrics and delivering data-driven solutions.
• Access and analyze external datasets as needed.
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand data consumer needs.
• Design, collect, and analyze multiple levels of employee and org data.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis to support engagement and retention goals.
• Develop scorecards and predictive indicators for HR improvements.
• Produce reports and dashboards to aid senior leadership decisions.
