The role requires 5+ years in HRIS/Workday, strong configuration expertise in Workday HCM, and excellent analytical skills. Compensation ranges from $105,325 to $131,650, with a discretionary annual bonus and comprehensive

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR business systems, applications management, or related field.
• 3+ years in HRIS administration with HR concepts and processes.
• 3+ years configuring and maintaining Workday HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the Workday platform and HR processes.
• Lead Workday configuration changes and testing.
• Coordinate releases, upgrades, and project plans.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve outages.
• Provide documentation, training, and SME guidance for Workday HCM.
