The Workday Product Architect leads the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday HCM/Payroll/Finance modules, shaping the architecture that supports HR/Payroll/Finance processes, ensuring system scalability, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role requires collaboration with Finance, HR, IS, and other stakeholders to implement best-in-class solutions.
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis
Minimum Required Education: Bachelor’s degree
Minimum Required Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience working with Workday platforms, including significant hands‑on expertise in at least two of the following: HCM, Payroll, or Finance modules. 3+ years of experience in a Workday architectural, lead configuration, or technical design role.
Preferred Certification / Licensure(s): Workday Core HCM certification; Workday Integration, Payroll, and/or Financials Certification; Workday Extend or Workday Reporting/Prism Certification
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
