Qualifications

• Workday implementor certifications required (client-side certifications do not qualify).

• Experience or certification in Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and/or Recruiting (not all four required).
• Willingness to earn additional Workday certifications at HITL's expense.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional HCM support focused on Core HCM, Benefits, Onboarding, Learning, and Recruiting.
• Serve as Workday HCM SME for client engagements.
• Lead additional Workday modules and projects as needed.
• Pursue new Workday certifications to support client work.
