Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focusing on Core HCM and Compensation.
• 2+ years of consulting experience in healthcare environments, hospitals or patient care.
• 4+ years for Senior Consultant with the same focus and healthcare exposure.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Workday HCM and Core Compensation product suites.
• Mentor other consultants and ramp teams into key product areas.
• Gather requirements and ensure leading practices across deployments.
• Partner with clients and project teams to drive results and manage scope.
• Communicate status to Engagement Managers, flag risks, and advise on impacts.
• Share knowledge across consultants and the partner ecosystem.
