Job summary
Workday Healthcare Consulting is seeking a Professional Services Healthcare Consultant to ensure successful Workday HR deployments for healthcare clients. You will implement Workday solutions with industry, product, and consulting expertise, taking ownership of leading practices across deployments.
The role demands experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, data conversion, and testing, with strong collaboration with clients and project teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years hands-on functional experience with HCM systems, focused on Core HCM and Compensation
- 2+ years consulting experience
- Significant healthcare industry experience, hospitals or direct patient care
- Some travel is required (up to 30% annually).
Responsibilities
- Understand and implement HCM and Core Compensation product suites; mentor other consultants
- Provide healthcare industry perspective for customer requirements while maintaining leading practices
- Understand Workday’s Implementation Methodology and apply it on all engagements
- Participate in regular product training to expand knowledge with new releases
- Attend and lead events to share experience and solutions with consultants and partners
- Communicate project status to Engagement Managers; assess risks and impacts on project health
- Share knowledge with other consultants and wider partner ecosystem
