Job summary

Invisors seeks an experienced Workday HCM Architect (Absence & Time Tracking) to lead the HCM workstream, coaching junior consultants and delivering complex Workday projects for client engagements.

You will partner with project leadership, coordinate cross-functional design and delivery, and drive solutions that fit client needs while ensuring budgetary accountability. This role is remote within the USA and requires US-based work authorization.

• 5+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience.
• Workday implementation/project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM workstream by coaching junior consultants and delivering Workday projects.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for project planning.
• Collaborate with other domain leads to develop cross-functional solutions.
• Develop best-fit solutions for the project, client, and Invisors overall.
• Assist in budgetary accountability for projects.
• Serve as Area Architect when needed and guide design commitments.
• Read the room and tailor approach to deliver difficult messages effectively.

You will work closely with all other Consultants within the workstream, as well as managing cross-functional impacts with other domain leads. This role will allow you to coach others in their consulting career while helping clients develop a strong plan and design for their Workday system. Location & Employment Requirements* Candidates must currently reside and work within the United States, as this role supports client engagements that require consultants to be U.S.-based.* Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
