Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Workday HCM consultant to configure core HR, payroll, time tracking, and related modules. The role involves requirements gathering, prototyping configurations, and leading unit testing with business stakeholders.

You will provide SME input on business processes, BP configurations, and security changes in support of ongoing Workday projects. Ideal candidates will coordinate major release updates, perform data issue troubleshooting, and ensure successful

Qualifications

• Experience in Workday HCM domain, functional configuration across Core HR, Payroll & Time Tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence.
• Experience in Workday HCM NA payroll and core HCM.
• Experience collaborating with Business to gather and analyze requirements.
• Experience in prototyping configurations.
• Experience in unit testing processes.
• Experience providing SME on key business process decisions.
• Experience in BP configurations and security changes.
• Experience in major release updates: testing and deployment coordination.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
• Prototype Workday configurations to illustrate proposed changes.
• Execute unit tests for Workday processes.
• Provide SME guidance on business process decisions.
• Configure BP changes, supervisory organizations, locations, etc.
• Troubleshoot data issues and perform Workday reporting and analytics.
• Coordinate major release update testing and deployment with business teams.

Job description

• Experience in Workday HCM domain, particularly in Workday Functional Configuration across key HR Modules (Core HR, Payroll & Time tracking, Recruitment, Benefits, Absence etc.) across implementation / Support / Development projects.
• Experience in Workday HCM NA payroll and core HCM.
• Experience working closely with Business to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
• Experience in demonstrating configurations using prototyping.
• Experience in unit testing the processes.
• Experience providing subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
• Experience in BP Configurations (BP Changes, Sup Org, Locations, etc.), Troubleshooting Data issues / Corrections, Workday Reporting and Analytics and Security configs and changes.
• Experience in managing and run Workday major release update feature analysis, testing and coordination with business for deployment.
