Job summary

RGP is seeking a Workday Grants Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a healthcare provider client by evaluating and optimizing the organization's use of Workday Grants functionality. You will serve as a functional expert and advisor to ensure Workday is configured to support grant management, compliance, and reporting requirements.

• Ability to engage finance, grants administration and other stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Proven ability to document current and future state processes clearly.
• Understanding of healthcare regulatory and audit considerations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current Workday Grants configuration and usage for effectiveness and compliance.
• Engage end users and stakeholders to gather detailed process and system information.
• Lead discovery discussions to document current-state and future-state needs.
• Identify gaps and underutilized Workday functionality related to grants setup, tracking, reporting and compliance.
• Recommend configuration changes and best-practice approaches for healthcare providers.
