Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Workday HCM consultant to deliver configuration solutions and articulate system capabilities to enterprise clients in the US. You will manage multiple short-duration projects, engage with customers to understand their business requirements, and communicate value and design decisions clearly.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in HCM software and HRIS consulting, with 3+ years in Workday consulting or as a Workday SME, and a certification path in Workday HCM.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HCM software and consulting experience on enterprise HRIS projects.
• 3+ years Workday Consulting or Workday SME experience.
• Certified or able to certify in Workday HCM.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; global implementations preferred.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience
• 5+ years of experience with the following product areas: HCM and Security
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
• Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and to effectively deploy the solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with global implementations is preferred
