RGP (Resources Connection) is seeking an experienced FINS Techno-Functional Lead to bridge Finance, Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, and Workday technical teams. You will design, implement, and optimize Workday Financials by translating business requirements into scalable system capabilities, partnering with stakeholders and external Workday Integrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Extensive experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to function in a techno-functional leadership role, balancing business priorities with technical considerations.

Responsibilities

• Act as techno-functional lead supporting Workday Financials initiatives and enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounts Payable stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Collaborate with Workday implementation partners and Systems Integrators to review, influence, and validate solution designs.
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment between operational needs and system functionality.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, solution design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate current-state business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through Workday capabilities.
• Support Workday integrations by defining business requirements, reviewing technical designs, and ensuring successful end-to-end functionality.
• Guide Workday Financials best practices, configuration options, and process improvements.
