Job summary

RGP is seeking an experienced FINS Techno-Functional Lead to bridge Finance, Supply Chain, AP, and Workday technical teams in designing, implementing, and optimizing Workday Financials solutions. You will translate business requirements into scalable system capabilities and collaborate with implementation partners to validate designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
• Extensive experience supporting or implementing Workday Financials solutions.
• Ability to balance business priorities with technical considerations.
• Experience with Workday integrations and integration architecture concepts.
• Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, enhancements or transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work across business, technology, and external consultants.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary techno-functional lead supporting Workday Financials initiatives and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and AP stakeholders.
• Review, influence, and validate solution designs with Workday partners and SI teams.
• Bridge business and technical teams to ensure alignment of needs and functionality.
• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, design discussions, testing, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate current processes and identify optimization opportunities using Workday capabilities.
• Define business requirements for Workday integrations and ensure end-to-end functionality.
• Advise on Workday Financials best practices and configuration options.
