Tier4 Group is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Technical Lead for an immediate full-time opportunity in Atlanta. This role supports a large enterprise Workday Financials environment and collaborates with Finance, Accounting, and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate thrives on ownership, solving complex system challenges, and shaping the direction of a critical enterprise platform, including post go-live activities and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recent Workday implementation experience including post go-live.
• 5+ years of systems integration experience.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading other resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical lead and SME for Workday Financials.
• Translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions with stakeholders.
• Support Workday Financials roadmap, enhancements, and optimization.
• Define data governance, data flows, and system architecture standards.
• Document requirements, configurations, and technical decisions.
• Own Workday Financials implementation from start to finish including post go-live.
