Accenture is seeking a Workday Record to Report Consultant to lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials R2R workstreams. You will mentor analysts, map processes, and prototype solutions while aligning with Workday leading practices.

The role requires a Workday Financials Partner Certification, 3+ years of consulting experience, and 3+ years in Workday R2R across US/global operations. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Active Workday Financials Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Consultant or similar role.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Workday Financials R2R experience.
• Minimum 3 years of US and/or Global Financials Operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years). If Associates Degree, minimum 6 years of work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials Record to Report workstreams.
• Identify business requirements, perform functional design, prototyping, testing, and training.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Mentor junior analysts on project delivery and system solution approaches.
• Travel may be required depending on client needs.
