Helios is launching The Horizons Program, a paid apprenticeship to train finance professionals for the Workday ecosystem. The program starts with 12 weeks of training and certification in Workday Financials, followed by client placement.

As a Financials Associate, you will join a cohort-based remote program, learn foundational finance and HR processes, and gain practical business analysis experience within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or relevant degree.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• No prior Workday Financials experience required.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with seasoned Workday professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Develop skills in core financial disciplines and HR processes.
