The Horizons Program includes 12 weeks of remote training covering HR fundamentals and data analysis. Salary starts at $45K during training and can increase to $60K upon client placement.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Bachelor’s degree and not enrolled in any higher education.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Must be based in the continental U.S. (excluding CA, WA, NY).

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-week remote training program in HR fundamentals and HCM.
• Gain hands-on experience with Workday HCM.
• Get Workday certified and network with professionals.
