Helios Consulting LLC invites you to join Horizons, a paid, full-time Workday apprenticeship designed to launch your HR technology career with no prior Workday experience required. The program starts with 12 weeks of remote training focused on HR fundamentals, data analysis and reporting, and internal consulting skills.

After training, you’ll be placed with a client to apply your skills on real-world projects — with the potential for full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and not enrolled in further studies.
• Based in continental U.S. (excluding CA, WA, NY).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Launch your HR technology career with a paid, full-time Workday apprenticeship — no prior Workday experience required!

The Horizons Program is a paid apprenticeship that prepares early-career or transitioning professionals for HR technology, HRIS team or consulting roles to help customers maximize their operations and employee experience with Workday.

We start with 12 weeks of remote training focused on:

• HR fundamentals and Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Data analysis & reporting
• Internal consulting & communication skills

After training, you’ll be placed with a client to apply your skills on real-world projects — with the potential for full-time employment.

As an Associate, You will:

Salary & Benefits:

• $45K during training period → $60K upon potential client placement
