Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Financials Solution Architect to join our Workday Practice. You will be a hands-on architect on projects, driving streamlined client processes and enabling better business decisions through Workday Financial solutions.

You will lead design sessions, capture requirements, configure creative solutions, and mentor junior consultants. The role involves documentation, testing, go-live support, and post-production support within a collaborative, innovative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of seven (7) years of Workday Financial implementation experience; or a Master's with five (5) years.
• Workday certification and demonstrated command of at least two Workday Financial pillars.
• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology.
• Experience in an ERP software sales cycle (RFx responses, oral presentations).
• Up to 50% travel balanced with work-from-home and/or Guidehouse office schedule.

• Oversee Design Sessions, capture client requirements, configure solutions, and mentor junior consultants.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree with a MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience; OR a Master's degree with a MINIMUM of FIVE (5) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience. Years of experience can be substituted for a formal degree, such as NO degree with a MINIMUM of ELEVEN (11) years of prior Workday Financial implementation experience
• Workday certification and demonstrated command of at least TWO (2) Workday Financial pillars
• Experience with the execution of projects within a structured methodology
• Experience in an ERP Software Sales cycle (RFx responses, orals presentations, etc.)
• Up to 50% travel balanced with a work from home and/or Guidehouse office schedule - consultants may provide on‑site support for key milestones as needed

What Would Be Nice To Have

• A proven role in at least five full Workday Financial implementations
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, focused on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Strong written and oral communication skills (RFP responses, white papers, etc.) and presentation skills such as Workday demonstrations and client presentations
• Implementations involving deploying within a state or local government is preferred
• Leading Foundation Data Model (FDM) design for state or local government

The annual salary range for this position is $135,000.00-$225,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
