Job summary

McAfee is seeking a Workday Financials Functional Analyst (Financial & Procurement) to administer and optimize Workday across Accounting, Finance, and Procurement. This hybrid role requires in-office collaboration with the option to work from home when not on-site.

You will support end users, configure modules, review bi-annual release notes, and build reports and KPIs for management. Strong Workday experience and finance knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of work experience with Workday in financial functional area (Core Financials/Financial Accounting, Expenses, Procurement).
• Strong knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Completion of one Workday advanced skills course (e.g., Advanced Reporting and Analytics, Calculated Fields, Composite Reporting Fundamentals).
• Workday Pro Financials certification or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user support and respond to user inquiries.
• Assist with configuration, maintenance, and user support of all Workday FIN modules.
• Analyze release notes and assess impact on configurations; coordinate with HCM support as needed.
• Conduct advanced research, analysis, and testing for issues and new functionality.
• Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management.
