Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Finance Director for Workday ERP Transformation to lead the Workday Financial Management program across the finance organization. You will drive design decisions, ensure alignment with business processes, and supervise deployment, stabilization, and optimization of the Workday tool.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of progressive finance, ERP, finance transformation, or enterprise systems experience.
- Experience leading complex Workday implementations or transformations.
- Workday architecture, configuration, security, reporting, and integrations expertise.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead finance architect for the transition to Workday Financial Management.
- Lead end-to-end solution design across the Workday Financials platform.
- Translate finance strategy and controls into scalable Workday configurations and architecture decisions.
- Own data conversion strategy and post-migration validation.
- Provide architectural oversight for integrations and related systems.
