Wealthspire Advisors is seeking a senior Workday Finance Lead to manage configuration, security, and reporting across FIN modules. You will own release cycles, testing, and system improvements in a fast-paced environment with global scope.

The role requires hands-on Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. US-based candidates preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years of hands-on Workday financials configuration across modules and integrations.
• Experience with cross-functional Workday administration, including security and reporting architecture.
• Proven experience managing Workday release cycles, including UAT and testing.
• Advanced Workday reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards.
• Experience with mass data uploads using EIB and troubleshooting system issues.
• Strong understanding of Finance operations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ownership.
• Demonstrated integrity handling confidential data.
• Bachelor's degree and Workday certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-country employee populations (US, UK, Canada).

Responsabilidades

• Configure and govern Workday Finance modules, security roles, and integration points.
• Document requirements and design end-to-end business processes for improvements.
• Coordinate with Corporate IT and external vendors on integrations and testing.
• Lead Workday release governance, including regression testing and UAT.
• Develop and optimize reporting and dashboards for executives and finance teams.
• Support period-end close, budgeting cycles, and global transactions in Workday.
• Establish data governance and ensure SOX/PII/GDPR compliance.
