Job summary

Ivy Tech Community College is seeking a Finance Business Analyst to support the Workday Finance suite, supplier onboarding, and financial system enhancements. The role collaborates with the Workday Center of Agility team to improve processes and deliver reliable reporting.

The ideal candidate has a strong financial background with ERP experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to quality and FERPA/regulatory compliance. Occasional travel within Indiana may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of business analysis, technical business analysis &/or project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Configure and support Workday Core Financials, Payroll, Projects, Grants, Procurement, and other Workday applications.
Support bi-annual Workday upgrade processes, including evaluation and testing of new functionality.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal customers and stakeholders.
Draft and revise policies and procedures based on Workday implementation.
