Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana seeks a Finance Business Analyst to support Workday Core Financials, Payroll, Projects, and related systems within the Finance Center of Agility (FCOA). The role emphasizes vendor management performance and stakeholder collaboration across Ivy Tech.

The position requires gathering requirements, participating in Workday upgrades, building basic reports, and handling supplier onboarding and data maintenance. Travel within the state may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and professional experience in business analysis or project management.
• Experience with ERP implementations and configurations is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and document processes, procedures, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday Core Financials, Payroll, Projects, Grants, Procurement, and other Workday applications.
• Support bi-annual Workday upgrade processes including testing new functionality.
• Gather and document business requirements from internal customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor portal management, and Workday supplier data maintenance.
• Perform root cause analyses and draft/update policies and procedures.
