Qualifications

• This role requires direct, hands-on Workday Financials experience across multiple FIN modules.
• Experience with cross-functional Workday administration including security & reporting architecture.
• Proven experience managing Workday release cycles, including UAT and testing.
• Advanced Workday reporting with calculated fields and dashboards.
• Experience mass data uploads using EIB and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own Workday Functional Architecture & Configuration for FIN modules.
• Lead release governance: regression, unit tests, UAT, and pre-launch validation.
• Build dashboards and reports for executive budgeting and analytics.
• Ensure data governance, privacy, and security controls.
• Provide training and change management during new functionality rollouts.
• Support global Finance transactions and period-end close processes.
