Job summary

Accenture PLC in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Workday Extend Lead to design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Extend use cases for HCM and Financials in a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office. You will handle data integrations and ensure data quality across systems.

The role collaborates with clients and third parties to deliver technical solutions, tests integration code (Studio, EIB), and aligns with strategic project goals while proactively identifying risks and proposing

Qualifications

Existing and up-to-date Workday Integrations Partner Certification and Workday Extend Certification.
Minimum 2 years of consulting experience, preferably in a large firm.
Minimum 2 years of life-cycle implementations with modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
Minimum 1 year hands-on Workday Integrations experience and 1 full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement new and existing Workday Extend use cases for HCM & Financials.
Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point and holistic interchange services.
Identify and solve complex problems for integrating the Workday cloud with external apps.
Design, build, and test Workday integration code including Studio and EIB.
Collaborate with client and third parties to develop technical solutions.
Follow client direction when establishing project goals.
