Workday is seeking an Extend Advisory Consultant to guide design, coach development, and drive adoption of Workday Extend apps for customers across HR, Financial Management and Student Information Systems.

You will apply extensive Workday experience to deploy solutions, review designs, and help customers achieve measurable business value while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible, hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Workday Extend experience.
• 5+ years workday integration development or software development.
• 5+ years of technical consulting and solution design.
• 5+ years of HR, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Workday experience with demonstrated success deploying technical solutions.
• Drive adoption of Workday tools and applications with innovative solutions to solve customers business objectives.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences across executives to developers.
• Review technical designs and provide guidance to customers to ensure they are maintainable, efficient and adhere to Workday standard methodologies.
