Job summary

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Training Developer to design and deliver comprehensive Workday-focused training materials. You will coordinate across client teams, manage LMS content, and ensure effective knowledge transfer during ERP system replacement projects.

The role requires strong training development experience, virtual collaboration skills, and a proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders. This is a hybrid position based in St. Paul with on-site requirements two days weekly.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. degree required or Associates with additional 5 years experience.
• 5+ years in a Training Developer role coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience developing training materials for ERP/workday environments.
• Ability to build trust in virtual environments and deliver training effectively.
• Local candidates preferred as per job ad location.

Responsibilities

• Develops training materials including instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning modules.
• Coordinates training planning, scheduling, logistics, and delivery across stakeholder groups.
• Designs assessment tools to measure learning outcomes and identifies improvement opportunities.
• Maintains and enhances the Learning Management System and training courses.
• Produces status reports and supports ongoing project communications.
