Qualifications

• 10+ years IT project management experience.
• 10+ years ERP implementation experience.
• 5+ years Workday implementation project management.
• 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise projects.
• Experience managing Workday post-go-live activities.
• Strong HR and Finance process knowledge.
• Proficient in PM tools, methodologies, and reporting.
• Experience developing plans, monitoring deliverables, and managing risks and issues.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee post-go-live activities and track project issues and risks.
• Coordinate with Workday teams and stakeholders to maintain project plans.
• Monitor tasks, milestones, and deliverables against the project plan.
• Support progress of the next ERP phase and alignment with Phase 2 PM.
• Evaluate deliverables for completeness, quality, and acceptance.
• Create and monitor risk and issue logs.
• Provide regular status updates to governance committees and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Identify risks, track dependencies, and drive timely resolutions.
