Job summary

Brilliant® is seeking a Workday Applications Engineer to join its enterprise applications team in the United States. You will own key Workday initiatives across Procurement, Security, HR, Finance, and Payroll while guiding future directions of the Workday environment.

In this role you will lead enhancements, support integrations, and work with business stakeholders to enhance processes across departments and deliver meaningful analytics and reports.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Security, including security groups and access management.
• Experience supporting Workday Procurement, Purchasing, Finance, or HR functions.
• Workday integration experience, including troubleshooting and administration.
• Demonstrated track record of owning systems, projects, or major platform enhancements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Workday certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

This is a highly visible position supporting critical Workday initiatives across Procurement, Security, HR, Finance, and Payroll while helping drive the future direction of the organization's Workday environment.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of key systems, lead enhancements, support integrations, and work directly with business stakeholders to improve processes across multiple departments.
