MaziCTools is looking for a Workday Senior Associate Business Process Analyst to join our Support Team in Atlanta, GA. As a Workday Senior Associate Business Process Analyst on the Support Team, you’ll be a self‑starter handling your own responsibilities, prioritizing multiple inquiries and tasks. You will be one of the first people to engage our new customers, partners, and employees, setting the correct tone and ensuring these users have what they need to run their Workday training. You’ll collaborate with several teams across Workday to ensure that Workday Education is aligned and delivers an excellent customer experience. Focused on being technically savvy, you will become comfortable configuring our systems and develop a deep understanding of the various portals that end users use to gain access to our systems. You will apply Workday’s core value of Customer Service to the next level by looking for ways to measure and enhance the customer experience.

Primary Location Base Pay Range: $74,400 – $111,600. Additional US Locations Base Pay Range: $70,700 – $118,200. The role may also be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan, role‑specific commission or bonus, and annual share grants.
Workday combines in‑person and remote work. Teams spend at least 50% of their time each quarter in the office or with customers, prospects, and partners. Remote “home office” roles have the opportunity to visit the office for key moments.
