Job summary

7-Eleven in Irving, TX seeks a Senior Director, Inventory Planning & Replenishment to shape and execute the company's inventory strategy across stores, distribution centers, and digital channels. You will define policies, set service levels, and drive end-to-end replenishment with a focus on accuracy and customer availability.

Reporting to the SVP Demand Chain, you will lead a high-performing team, partner with Merchandising and 3PLs, and advance modern planning platforms, including AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 15+ years of inventory planning, replenishment, or supply chain planning experience.
• Experience in large-scale retail or consumer-facing organizations.
• Experience supporting private label/private brand businesses.
• Proven experience partnering with Merchandising, Category Management, Product Development and Suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Define, design and lead enterprise-wide inventory planning and replenishment strategies.
• Establish replenishment policies, safety stock methodologies, and service level targets.
• Lead daily, weekly and monthly replenishment planning across channels.
• Own KPIs including service levels, fill rates, turnover and working capital.
