What's the Job?
- Configure, develop, test, and maintain Workday Payroll functionality, integrations, reports, and business processes based on organizational requirements.
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement reliable solutions while supporting data accuracy and payroll operations.
- Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, document solutions, and deliver Workday enhancements.
- Support ongoing system testing, updates, and production support to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain compliance with organizational policies and industry standards related to payroll processing and data security.
What's Needed?
- Workday Payroll certification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience developing, configuring, or supporting Workday Payroll solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Payroll business processes, integrations, reporting, testing, and production support.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on data accuracy and system reliability.
