Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Charlotte, NC seeks a seasoned Analyst for Workday Integration. You will evaluate requirements, design and implement integrations using Workday Studio, REST APIs, and SSK, ensuring secure, scalable solutions across multiple Workday domains.

Candidates should have a computer science background with 10+ years of experience, and Java/XML/JSON skills are a plus. Role is full-time, on-site in Charlotte with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Workday Integration and experience with Workday Studio.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements and determine solution approach using Workday functionality, Extend, Orchestrate or Integrations.
• Develop and debug Workday integrations using Studio, API(Postman) and SSK.
• Utilize XSLT 3.0 for data transformation with supporting tools.
• Workday core connections with DIS, DT, EIB.
• Create Workday reports with understanding of data sources and business objects.
• Ensure Workday integration security and customer central configurations.
• Integrate across multiple Workday domains/modules.
• Optimize performance of studio integrations following best practices.
• Leverage Java, REST/SOAP, XML and JSON where applicable.
• Apply Workday configuration knowledge as an added advantage.

Primary Skill: Strong understanding of Workday Integration

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.

• Evaluating business requirements and determining the appropriate solution approach using delivered Workday functionality, Extend, Orchestrate, Integrations or a combination thereof
• Workday studio/Debug/API(Postman)/SSK (minimum 4 years or 2+ implementing developing studio integrations from scratch)
• XSLT 3.0(streaming) - along with Oxygen or other tools (minimum 3 years)
• Workday core connections with DIS, DT, EIB
• Workday Reports with good understanding of data sources and business objects
• Workday Integration security/customer central * Workday PICO/PECT
• Integration across any three Workday domain/modules
• Deep understanding of Workday Data Model
• Experience in optimizing performances of studio integrations, following best practices
• Java background, custom API handling (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON in a major plus.
• Workday Configuration knowledge is a added advantage.
