Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer in Charlotte, NC. The role requires a strong understanding of Workday Integration, Studio, and related technologies, with at least 10 years of experience.

You will evaluate requirements, design integration solutions, and implement using Workday tools and standard APIs. Java, REST/SOAP, XML, and JSON skills are highly valued, with emphasis on performance and security.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Workday Integration
• Experience with Workday Studio, Extend, Orchestrate, Integrations
• Proficiency in Java, REST/SOAP, XML and JSON

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business requirements and determine solution approach using Workday functionality, Extend, Orchestrate or Integrations
• Workday studio/Debug/API (Postman)/SSK (min 4 years or 2+ implementing/ developing studio integrations from scratch)
• XSLT 3.0 streaming with Oxygen or other tools (min 3 years)
• Workday core connections with DIS, DT, EIB
• Workday Reports with understanding of data sources and business objects
• Workday Integration security/customer central
• Workday PICO/PECT
• Integrate across any three Workday domains/modules
• Deep understanding of Workday Data Model
• Optimize performance of studio integrations and follow best practices
• Experience in Java background with custom API handling (REST/SOAP) a plus
• Workday Configuration knowledge is an added advantage

Primary Skill: Strong understanding of Workday Integration

Experience: Minimum 10 years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluating business requirements and determining the appropriate solution approach using delivered Workday functionality, Extend, Orchestrate, Integrations or a combination thereof
• Workday studio/Debug/API(Postman)/SSK (minimum 4 years or 2+ implementing developing studio integrations from scratch)
• XSLT 3.0(streaming) – along with Oxygen or other tools (minimum 3 years)
• Workday core connections with DIS, DT, EIB
• Workday Reports with good understanding of data sources and business objects
• Workday Integration security/customer central
• Workday PICO/PECT
• Integration across any three Workday domain/modules
• Deep understanding of Workday Data Model
• Experience in optimizing performances of studio integrations, following best practices
• Java background, custom API handling (REST/SOAP), XML, JSON in a major plus.
• Workday Configuration knowledge is a added advantage.

Salary Range- $120,000-$140,000 a year
